Karate Instructor
Sensei Liz Gross began her martial arts career in January 2000 at AmeriKick’s Willow Grove location. At the rank of blue belt, she became a member of the demonstration team and, at that time, began working with the bo staff. In September 2003, Sensei Liz received her junior black belt under the instruction of Sensei Mike Sautner. Shortly after receiving her first-degree black belt in late 2005, Sensei Liz began teaching at AmeriKick Willow Grove. She also helped teach at AmeriKick Lansdale when it first opened under Grandmaster Dennis Tosten.
Sensei Liz currently holds a second-degree black belt and is in the process of preparing to test for her third-degree black belt under her instructor, Sensei Douglas Shaffer. As an associate instructor at AmeriKick Lansdale, Sensei Liz is responsible for teaching karate classes. She specializes in kata and form, as well as bo staff.
