Kirk Waidell’s journey into fitness began more than three years ago when he was driving down the road, stuffing his face with doughnuts. He caught a glimpse of his icing-smeared face, crumbs on his gelatinous stomach, and was literally sickened by what he saw. At that point, he knew he had to make a change. Like many people, Kirk joined a gym, hired a personal trainer, and committed to be fit. Unfortunately, Kirk’s committment to fitness was greater than his trainer’s, who did little to help him, and Kirk was often left confused and alone in the gym. It was a horrible experience. Kirk knew there had to be a better way to achieve the fitness level he desired. He took the leap and ordered the at-home P90X workout DVDs. His fitness took off. Kirk went from 240 pounds to a ripped 185, and he has never looked back.

Kirk went back to school, earned his personal trainer certification, and vowed to never be the trainer that let him down. He loves helping people achieve a level of fitness they never thought possible. Kirk’s stance is that a workout can be not only fun, but also beneficial. He has worked hard to bring many different styles and options to people in order to help them achieve the fitness level they desire. Kirk strives to help everyone achieve their fitness goals, regardless of schedule, budget, or fitness level.
