Our hour-long fitness kickboxing classes are a great way to get your heart pumping while toning and strengthening your muscles. Each session combines an aerobic kickboxing workout with with calisthenics and plyometrics to increase muscle strength and ends with a yoga-inspired series of stretches.
Gloves are required; contact is only made with heavy bags and hand targets. Men and women are welcome.
